How did life surprise you?

How did life surprise me this week?  Thanks for asking, let me tell you.  My husband and I bought a new bed, which of course leads to buying new sheets, pillows etc. So off to Macy’s we go!  As you can see on the receipt on the left we spent just a few dollars… the clerk shared with us that we should bring the receipt back on Wednesday, as some items would be on sale and they would adjust our total. Huh!  We didn’t make it on Wed. but after dinner last night decided that it could be worth a few $ to return to the scene of the crime.  Worth it! Worth it!  Do you see the receipt on the right?  That is the total they returned to us. Surprise!!!
